Priscilla Presley became well-known because of her marriage to the legendary King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. Deidre Hall has been busy with the NBC daytime drama "Days of Our Lives," portraying Dr. Marlena Evans for over 40 years. Do you know what is impressive? Chris Noth is listed as a recurring character on "S^x and the City." It's a pretty fair assessment considering he had appeared in just 41 of the 94 episodes that were made of the show. Yet, everything on the show's finale hung off from the actions of his character, John "Mr. Big" Preston.

From the cast of "S^x and the City," only one other cast member has been nominated for more awards than Sarah Jessica Parker. That actress is Kim Cattrall. She gained fame for playing Samantha Jones in the show and also earned five Emmy Award nominations and four golden globe nominations. She only won one though... the Golden Globe in 2002.

In 1999, Persoff decided to retire from acting and did his last project, 4 Faces, which was also the last movie directed by Ted Post. Marsh is now living her second chance at life after surviving a July 1949 plane crash, along with 13 other people, at age 30. At 102 years old, Marsh is one of the last living celebrities from Hollywood’s Golden Age.

Thelma Barlow got her big break in what was essentially a cameo role. That role was Mavis Wilton in the long-running British soap Coronation Street. She was so good in the role that viewers demanded the character back, and show makers decided to make the character a permanent fixture.
Barlow played the role for 26 years, from 1971 to 1997, before taking on another starring role in the popular sitcom, Dinnerladies. She played a socialite named Dolly Bellfield. Dinnerladies only ran from 1998 to 2000. But in 2018, a group of Dinnerladies video shorts featuring Barlow aired. Barlow was also part of the 2019 Coronation Street Christmas special.

Herman performed and recorded songs with the legendary rock band for decades before deciding to quit sometime in the 1990s. According to the guitarist, he wasn’t really feeling the music anymore. Herman has said that the band’s recent recordings are good, so maybe a reunion isn’t entirely impossible.

Younger music fans may not be familiar with the name Frank Farian, but this guy has certainly made his mark in the industry. He’s best known as the founder and talent behind the popular disco-pop group Boney M. Also, Frank conceptualized the infamous group Milli Vanilli.

Stanley Kubrick is the godfather of experimental cinema, and his wife, Christiane Kubrick, cannot be forgotten for the actress, dancer, and singer she is. Born into a family of opera singers, she has art and culture running in her veins, but she ultimately found her artistic freedom of expression.
Sequestered in England, Kubrick painted and exhibited prolifically, with floral settings and still-life painting being her main passions. Stanley used several of her paintings for his movies over the course of the years. She continues to run painting courses in her home for aspiring artists to date.

SCOTT VALENTINE – 64 YEARS OLD
Scott Valentine always knew he had an interest in the performing arts as he would put reenact scenes and perform in his parent's garage. After his formal acting education at The American Institute of Dramatic Arts, he moved on to pursue a proper acting career.
However, it wasn't until a move to Los Angeles that he got the part of Nick Kroll in the later seasons of "The Family Ties." This would be the role that most people would associate with him, and his popularity as the boyfriend character would lead to the producers coming up with three spin-offs for his character. BARBARA MANDRELL – 73 YEARS OLD
Barbara Mandrell built up a successful career in the '70s and '80s as a country genre singer. Her accomplishments include six number one singles. Her booming music career gave way to a tv show called "Barabra Mandrell & the Mandrell Sisters" in the early '80s. This led to a Golden Globe nomination for the "One of a Kind Pair of Fools" hitmaker.
She also decided to give a hand at acting, starring in guest roles on TV shows like "Empty Nest," "Touched by an Angel," and "Baywatch." Her last on-screen appearance was in 2000, for the TV movie "Stolen from the Heart," after which she retired from public life to focus on raising her family.
LOUISE MANDRELL – 68 YEARS OLD
Another Mandrell sister, Thelma Mandrell, followed in her older sister's footsteps to follow a country music career. She delivered hits like "Runaway Heart," "Save Me," and "Too Hot to Sleep." Though she did not have the avid fanbase her sister had or enjoy her level of success, she did establish herself as a fairly successful female singer.
Mandrell acquired a 1,400 people occupancy theatre in 1997 and used it to perform shows for several years. Her performances led to her becoming very successful in the Smokey Mountains, where she was based. In 2005, she had her last show, after which she sold the theatre. She continues to tour and perform today.
LORETTA LYNN – 90 YEARS OLD
Loretta Lynn began her career in the '60s, and in 1967 she enjoyed her first No. 1 hit with "Don't Come A-Drinkin' (With Lovin' on Your Mind)." She went on to have 15 other No. 1 hits in her career. Her success in the industry, along with her tumultuous personal life, inspired her to pen an autobiography, "The Coal Miner's Daughter."
This autobiography was a rousing success, leading to an eponymous movie. The movie also earned several accolades earning an Academy Award for Best Film. In March 2021, she released her 50th studio album "Still Woman Enough," which also featured Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire.
CRYSTAL GAYLE – 71 YEARS OLD
Crystal Gayle has established herself a legacy as one of the best to make a career transition from a country style of singing to a more pop sound. In doing so, she laid down the tracks for singers like Carrie Underwood and Shania Twain. Her career accomplishments include eighteen No. 1 hits and a Grammy Award.
Her most popular song is "Don't Make My Brown Eyes Blue," the song hit No. 2 on the Billboards Hot 100 charts. It became an international success and is a fan favorite, with many requests for Gayle to perform the song on tours. In 2019, Gayle released her latest album, "You Don't Know Me: Classic Country."
TRACY POLLAN – 62 YEARS OLD
Tracy Pollan acted in "Family Ties" as girlfriend to Michael J. Fox's character; she then reacquainted with him on the sets of "Bright Light, Big City," which led the two to start a romantic relationship. In 1988, she married Fox and gave birth to four of his children.
Her career consists of many TV movies, that includes "Natalee Holloway," "Hench at Home," and "Dying to Love You." She has published a cookbook called The Pollan Family Cook-Book, a group project of her, her siblings, and her mother. In 2022, she starred in "Inventing Anna," Netflix's highly successful series based on the real-life con artist Anna Delvey.
JUSTINE BATEMAN – 56 YEARS OLD
Justine Bateman's acting career began with a role in the sitcom "Family Ties." Her performance as Mallory Keaton would get her two Emmy nominations and a Golden Globe nomination. Bateman would continue to expand her on-screen career with performances in "Men Behaving Badly," "Out of Order," and several television movies.
In 2021, she went on to do work off-screen, sitting in the director's chair to work on "Violet." This film starred Olivia Munn, Luke Bracey, and Justin Theroux. It made its international debut at the Toronto Film Festival and had an otherwise limited theatrical release. Bateman went on to direct a short film, "Five Minutes."
MEREDITH BAXTER – 75 YEARS OLD
As a five-time Emmy award nominee, it is fair to say that Meredith Baxter has made her mark in the world of television. Her breakout role came with the CBS sitcom "Bridget Loves Bernie" the role led to two Emmy nominations for Baxter. She would also go on to star in "Family Ties."
Her role in "A Woman Scorned: The Betty Broderick Story" led to further critical acclaim for her and another Emmy nomination. In 2011, she published her memoir "Untitled" which became a New York Times Bestseller. Besides publishing her book, she also appeared in commercials for Garden State Life Insurance and Consumer Cellular.
MORGAN FAIRCHILD – 72 YEARS OLD
While Morgan Fairchild has done work for cinema, she is primarily remembered for her work on television. She has appeared in the soap opera "Search for Tomorrow" as Jennifer Pace, "Flamingo Road," which led to a Golden Globe nomination, and "Murphy Brown" garnering an Emmy nomination.
Fairchild continues to play a large role in SAG-AFTRA, the labor union for actors and other professionals in the industry. She is a board member and has served on many committees, but her union commitments have not kept her away from the camera. In 2022, she starred in "Our Almost Completely True Story" and has a movie titled "The Nana Project" up for release in 2023.
Justine Bateman – 56 Years Old

People who grew up watching the "Weekend Update" segment of "Saturday Night Live" are probably familiar with Chevy Chase. Despite his successes, controversies stemming from his problematic attitude tainted his image.

It's hard not to remember Michael from the '70s show "Good Times" because of how the character raised the right, albeit controversial, points. Actor Ralph Carter gave life to this role, and after the sitcom ended, there were rumors that he had passed away. However, after this stint, the thespian traveled to Africa, where his ancestors were from.
