Mansion Discount
As a source confirmed, the young billionaire recently nabbed an estate located in Holmby Hills, one of Los Angeles’ exclusive neighborhoods. The said property was reportedly first put on the market with a jaw-dropping $55 million price tag.
It was then brought down to $45.95 million during the beginning of April. In the end, Jenner seems to have gotten more discount as TMZ reports that she only paid $36.5 million for it.
While the final price is still a relatively large amount to pay, the 22-year-old seemingly got a great deal nonetheless considering that the mansion is brand new and was just built in August of 2019.
Her latest purchase comes almost two years after she sold one of her properties in Hidden Hills. Another one of her more notable real estate buys is a $13.5 million mansion bought in 2018 with rapper Travis Scott, who is the father of her daughter Stormi.
Potential Family Abode?
Speaking of, sources remain unsure whether the duo still owns the property after they broke up in October 2019. The ex-couple’s current status is also yet to be confirmed as they’ve been seen more and more together recently.
In the end, an anonymous source shared that it might be too early to say for sure whether the two of them are back together again.
Should they decide to do so though, Jenner’s new property certainly has more than enough space to accommodate the family of three. The residence spans 15,350 square feet and has seven bedrooms.
It also offers privacy to its new residents thanks to its security cameras and fortress-like structure. Other notable features of the home include a chef’s kitchen, a gym, and a home theater.
While they may not be rekindling their romance soon, the parents seem to be getting along well as they share photos of Stormi on their social media. It’s yet to be confirmed whether Scott and Jenner are self-isolating together with their toddler daughter due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Aside from spending quality time with her child, Jenner also took the time to help those who have been affected by the health crisis. She’s donated $1 million to purchase essential medical gear like face shields, masks, and other protective wear.
