Sophie Raworth – BBC News at Six

Sophie Raworth obtained a postgraduate degree in broadcasting and journalism from the University of London and then started her career as a news reporter for various radio and TV channels on the BBC network. That was before she moved to national TV in 1997 and began presenting their “Breakfast News” program.

Over the years, Raworth has made cameos in several movies and TV shows as a journalist or newsreader. These included titles such as “A Good Day to Die Hard” and “Bodyguard.” Also a marathon runner, she has participated in events such as London Marathon and the famous Marathon des Sables set in the Sahara desert.

Kate Garraway – Good Morning Britain

Kate Garraway was appointed as a Member of the Order of the British Empire in 2022 for her services to the media industry. Since 2014, she has primarily been hosting “Good Morning Britain” on ITV while working for the British TV channel on various other projects on the side. She also presented the 2009 season of “The Biggest Loser” for the network.

While Garraway had initially joined ITV in 1989 as a production journalist, she gradually transitioned to presenting shows. In 1998 she was hired by Sky News to host “Sunrise.” Garraway finished fourth on the iconic UK reality TV show “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!”

Susanna Reid – Good Morning Britain

Since 2014, the United Kingdom has known Susanna Reid as a presenter on ITV’s “Good Morning Britain.” Before that, she also worked as a co-presenter on “BBC Breakfast” for almost a decade. Not just busy working, she participated and finished second in the 11th season of the famous dancing reality TV show “Strictly Come Dancing.”

An undergraduate in politics and philosophy, she went on to study broadcast journalism for a postgraduate diploma. Since then, Reid has worked chiefly with the TV giants, BBC and ITV. Her accolades include two consecutive wins of the Newsreader of the Year award at the Television and Radio Industries Club in 2014 and 2015.

Laura Kuenssberg – Newsnight

Currently, the host of BBC’s flagship Sunday morning political show, Laura Kuenssberg, served as the chief political editor of BBC News between 2015 and 2022. She was the first woman in the history of the channel to hold that position. Her affiliation with politics is strong, and she also presented the documentary “The Brexit Storm: Laura Kuenssberg’s Inside Story” and its sequel, both in 2019.

In 2016 Kuenssberg won Broadcaster of the Year at the Political Studies Association and Journalist of the Year by Press Gazette for the scope of her work on British Politics. According to Evening Standard, she was one of the most influential Londoners in 2019.

Amanda Holden – Carmen from EastEnders

Amanda Holden was stylish when she appeared in five episodes of “EastEnders” in 1994. And anyone who’s kept up with her role as a judge on “Britain’s Got Talent” would affirm that nothing’s changed since then. Take these photos as clear proof.

Holden is one British celebrity whose hands can be found in many pies. She is known for co-hosting the radio show “Heart Breakfast” alongside Jamie Theakston. But she’s also the author of the Sunday Times Bestseller “No Holding Back.” Of course, we can’t forget her debut studio album, which was released in 2020. And guess who played ‘Harriet Wallace’ on “Neighbours” in 2022?
